My Story

Greetings! I'm Amruth Sridhara, a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Chef from India based in Melbourne. With a strong foundation in French patisserie techniques and an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Patisserie) from Le Cordon Bleu, Melbourne, my culinary journey has been marked by diverse experiences and achievements.

I have over five years of hands-on experience, ranging from the prestigious Pure South Dining to the dynamic cafe environment of Momentum Cafe. As a Chef de Partie, I have led the production and service of fine desserts and bread, demonstrating my commitment to precision and quality.

My role as a Chef Advisor at Buns From Heaven involved creating business plans, designing menus, and developing close to 40 new recipes. This entrepreneurial spirit complements my culinary expertise, and I take pride in setting up the first Culinary Museum in South India.

In addition to my technical skills in inventory management and health and safety compliance, I bring soft skills such as problem-solving, leadership, and effective teamwork. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, I am equipped to communicate seamlessly with diverse teams and clientele.

Accolades, including a 3rd place in the Australian Wedding Cake competition and certifications from the International Sommelier Guild, showcase my commitment to excellence beyond the kitchen.
